Today I went to my second (!!!) Kundalini yoga class this week! I feel like I got the shit beaten out of me, but in a good way. I think I´ve found where I need to be. Well, I´ve just made one of my craziest combinations yet.

This one has 2 bananas, a "tuna" (cactus fruit), spinach, half a mango, generous sprinkling of hemp seeds and about a tablespoon spirulina.

It should be a good day ;)
